A recent study released by International Communications Research (ICR) uncovered some interesting facts.

Despite a significant increase in households with internet access, 66% of customers prefer regular mail for documents, letters and messages.

76% of respondents consider mail more secure than e-mail.

3 out 4 respondents prefer regular mail for receiving new product announcements or offers from companies where they do business.

And a whopping 86% of respondents prefer traditional mail for confidential communications, such as bills and financial statements.
